초음파 특징

📌 보통 BI-RADS 3

📌 단기 추적 권고

대부분은

피, 단백질, 염증 잔여물 때문에

완전히 까맣게 보이지 않는 경우입니다.

📌 BI-RADS 4 이상 가능

이 경우는

단순한 물혹과는 다릅니다.

“Complicated”는 이름 때문에 더 위험해 보이지만

대부분은 양성입니다.

하지만

“Complex”라는 표현이 들어가면

의사가 조금 더 신중하게 접근합니다.

A complicated cyst contains low-level internal echoes but lacks solid components or vascularity. It is usually benign and categorized as BI-RADS 3.

A complex cystic mass includes solid components, septations, or wall thickening and may require biopsy depending on imaging features.

These two entities should not be confused.
